The Challenge
Conducting specialized user research and strategic validation for high-profile clients across diverse sectors, including Automotive, Fashion, Telco, Banking and more. The primary objective was to validate product concepts and digital solutions by gathering direct evidence from target audiences, ensuring that business decisions were backed by authentic user needs and behavioral data.
The Process
I designed and executed tailored research frameworks by selecting the most effective methodology for each specific business goal:
- Exploratory Research: Conducting in-depth interviews and behavioral observations to uncover latent needs and mental models.
- Usability Validation: Performing moderated and unmoderated user tests to identify friction points within the user journey.
- Expert Reviews: Executing heuristic evaluations to assess interface quality and compliance with UX best practices.
- Behavioral Observation: Utilizing audio and video recordings of user activities to analyze real-world interactions and environmental constraints.
- Synthesis & Data Analysis: Analyzing and prioritizing qualitative and quantitative data to extract cross-sector insights.
The Outcome
The delivery of high-density research reports containing actionable insights and strategic roadmaps. These findings allowed clients to mitigate development risks, optimize conversion funnels, and refine their value propositions. By transforming complex user behaviors into clear design recommendations, I enabled organizations to pivot or persevere with confidence based on empirical evidence.
