User testing and validation cycles for a publishing house

The objective is to ensure that a diverse suite of digital educational tools meets the evolving needs of teachers and students. By a systematic testing cycle, we aim to validate design solutions before production, minimizing development risks and ensuring educational effectiveness.

I orchestrate end-to-end research lifecycles, defining objectives, target audiences, and protocols, in close alignment with stakeholders, to deliver high-impact insights that drive product design:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborating closely with the client to define specific research goals and identify the key hypotheses to be tested for each digital tool.
• Test Design: Crafting detailed research scripts and user testing protocols (moderated and unmoderated) tailored to the specific cognitive needs of educators and students.
• Fieldwork & Execution: User testing sessions to observe real-world interactions and uncover pain points in the digital learning experience.
• Analysis & Synthesis: Transforming raw observations into actionable insights through data analysis and prioritization.
• Reporting: Delivering comprehensive research reports that highlight findings, validate UX choices, and provide strategic recommendations for final design refinements.

The ongoing research activities have successfully shifted the production workflow toward a truly evidence-based approach.
