Designing and evolving high-complexity digital products within the accounting sector. These tools are mission-critical for professionals (e.g., accountants) and require managing dense information architecture and intricate workflows. The challenge lies in reducing cognitive load while ensuring precision, scalability, and integration across a multifaceted software ecosystem.

I lead the product design with a dual focus on operational quality and cross-platform consistency:

• Product Design & Mentorship: Overseeing the design fostering professional growth, and ensuring high-quality output across complex product modules.
• Cross-Product Synergy: Collaborating with other business capabilities to identify architectural optimizations and ensure a cohesive experience across the entire software suite.
• User-Led Validation: Conducting user testing and interviews to ensure features are grounded in the reality of professional workflows.
• AI Transformation & Evangelism: Contributing to the experimentation with AI-powered productivity tools and conducting internal talks and workshops to mentor fellow designers on integrating AI into their creative process.

The project delivers a constant stream of high-fidelity, production-ready design flows in Figma, integrated into the corporate ecosystem. Beyond the UI deliverables, the outcome includes a more efficient design-to-code workflow through a significant increase in team productivity.
